Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) expressly prohibits: Any non-personal or commercial use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) Web pages or the content contained herein without prior written permission by Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database); Collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, from the Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) Website for the benefit of another merchant that supplies products competitive with or comparable to those offered on the Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) Website; and, Any use of, visits to, or other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) Website, or otherwise interferes with the proper and timely functioning of the Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) Website.

Check payment policy
Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders. Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) will accept personal or business checks up to $1000 at our showroom locations, subject to verification. Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

Return policy

Only defective software can be returned to Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database). The return must take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the SAME software. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer.

Database products, delivery service return policy
No return acceptable for database products, delivery services once it is shipped completely or partially. Defected database products can be exchanged if you notify Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) the defection within the 15 days of arrival. A "defected" database product is a database on defected media or in corrupted format. Quality or completeness of the data in the database will not cause the database "defected". 

Important note
If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) of such within 15 days, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.

Pricing disclaimer
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Media One for Marketing L.L.C (Media One Database) reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Shipping Policies

Please find our policies regarding the shipping. When you place the order, please make sure you understand and accept those policies.

1. URL Download Link by email (FREE OF CHARGE)

If you chose to download (Download + Regular Mail) the products you're ordered, the download link will be sent via Email after we process your order immediately.

Download link may not be available for unqualified orders.

The download link, however, is not a permanent link and it will expire in 12 hours and several tries (normally 3-4 tries). If you failed to download it, please contact us to re-arrange the link to download.

You need an unzip software to open the download package, such as Winzip, WinRAR. We don't provide those tools and you have to get it from other sources. Usually, the demo or evaluation copy can be downloaded from the vendor's websites.

2. Delivery by Courier

Inside United Arab Emirates

Cash on delivery (COD) ONLY available in United Arab Emirates FREE OF CHARGE for order more than 350 AED / 100$

Outside United Arab Emirates/ International

We usually make shipping by Courier. If you have want your package delivered by couriers, please specify when you place the order. Extra charge will apply.

Cost of Courier shipping varies for different destinations and if the payment you made (calculated based on average fee) is far less than the actual cost, we may drop the option and downgrade your shipping to URL Download Link. If the shipping is downgraded, difference between the payment and the actual cost will be refunded.

Since Courier doesn't deliver to mail box, you must specify the physical address of the destination. 

Telephone numbers is also a must when you choose the Express delivery by courier. .

No refund for International Delivery by courier even it failed.

If an express delivery failed for any reason, we will try to ship it again in regular mail at our cost. 

International deliveries may be delayed infinitely by customs! We won't "resend" the package delayed by the customs in you country.

Custom Duty / Tariff 
Usually it's a problem since most countries don't charge import tax on such small stuffs. However, if it happens, the buyer , not the sender, is supposed to pay the tariff (import tax) to their local custom.  

We usually declare value of package lower than the order's total amount since the main value of the package is on the information, not on the CD-ROM discs. It also helps the receiver to get off the custom duty.

Some countries has very strict rules on importing information products and culture products, including CD-ROMs and the package may be hold several days weeks in the custom for inspection. In this case, please try the "download" option.
